I wonder that, too, in fact I was thinking about posting the question earlier. My swings aren’t as wide, but I’m swinging back and forth between 97.7 and 98.6, with no apparent correllation with eating. I should be keeping better track. But the adrenal fatigue idea fits, I haz that.
Yeah, I’m as old as you if not older. And I have the pellets. Won’t be replacing them, though, they’re no better than the compounded capsules I was taking before, and way more expensive. This is just one of a long list of things I’ve tried to fix issues, mostly not related to menopause, and I’m getting tired of it. Still have the extreme fatigue, still have the 25 lbs I gained last year for no apparent reason, and who really cares about the lab values if the symptoms don’t improve?
