Happy New Year Crew! Anyone looking for a little aural dose of 180? Well you’re in luck. Matt appeared recently on Healthy Talk with Dr Mike to talk about Eat for Heat and to discuss how to eat for a long, robust life. Should be a good one. Check it out today, January 2 at 1pm EST, or you can download or stream it anytime afterward at the link above.

They also offer a free Life Extension Foundation Magazine, available on their sidebar. Feel free to check that out too.

Catch you folks on the flip side.

Good interview. Didn’t like how he talked over you so much, though.

Seriously I couldn’t listen to it. Had to stop after 6 minutes cause I find that doctor mike way too annoying!

You have to skip past the first 11-12 minutes, as that just seemed to be Dr Mike talking about Reiki mushrooms or some other blather. Otherwise, a pretty good intro to EFH, in my option.
Kinda ironic to hear advertisements for fish oil juxtaposed with Matt Stone.

Yes, I’d be interested in hearing Matt chime in on this as well! Please, Matt! Also (to Matt), is fermented cod liver oil something that you have any opinion on?

Good job Matt! Somehow made it to the end even with all the talk overs.

I also felt he was too salesy and Matt’s sincerity came through. Doc didn’t know how to get out of his own way. That said as a new interviewer myself I can relate to the feeling that you need to interject to keep it back and forth. But an experienced interviewer would have a better sense of the big picture and know when a response is rolling, not cut in mid thought. I hope I did a better job in my interview with Matt — but I know mistakes were made. (you can be the judge) Best, Yusuf

I’m about halfway through listening to your interview and think both you and Matt are doing great. It seems like equal give-and-take and interest.
“Dr. Mike” on the other hand never seemed to “get it.”
