Not long ago I received three books in the mail from 180 follower Rob A. Rob and I have communicated closely for going on a couple of years now I think, and the arrival of these books – all of them written by exercise scholar Frank Forencich, was timely. Every time summer rolls around I get the itch to spend a lot of time outdoors doing active things.
