Barbie… The Truth Behind the Beauty



I was perusing the kid aisles at Target today with a 7-year old.  She loves Barbie.  We strolled down the aisle, just the two of us.  She mentioned her love of Barbie.  I asked her if she wanted to know a little secret about Barbie.  She said yes.  I told her Barbie makes herself throw up after everything she eats and that her teeth fell out from all the barf acid.  It went way over her head, like most things I say.  I didn’t really say it for her amusement anyway.  There was a decent looking girl within earshot.  But the experience reminded me of all the inside information that I have about Barbie that few others possess.  Today… I tell all. RBTI Update



Apologies for my lengthy silence on RBTI.  If anything, I took a lot of time to let it all soak in, and to see what really stuck.  As you may know, the personal benefits I got from RBTI included fat loss eating to appetite – even eating lots of palatable processed foods, disappearance of chest pain that I had suffered from for years, and tremendous improvement with some pain/weakness I had in my feet that had gotten worse over the year prior.  Plus my nostrils seemed to become less inflamed as well, allowing me to breathe deeper.  I thought my pet allergies were gone forever too, but it turned out that I was only not allergic to the pets I was around during my RBTI education. Increased Alcohol Sensitivity



I don’t think I’m allowed to post comments on Mark Sisson’s site.  I was banned a couple years ago.  But I was checking out his most recent post and tried to post this comment on the topic of increased sensitivity to alcohol and caffeine on a low-carb Paleo diet, which I don’t think showed up.  My response was… “Alcohol and caffeine cause sugar levels to crash on a cellular level.  They are perhaps the most potent triggers of these crashes, which you can test by monitoring your urine with an agricultural tool called a refractometer.  A reading below 1.5 denotes a crash.  Below 0.5 is considered very severe.
