I’ve got a new blog set up and it’s called 180 Kitchen! It’s dedicated 100% to preparing healthy food 180-style. I’ve got photos, I’ve got imbedded videos, I’ll be answering your food questions, and otherwise hooking my peeps up with divine grub.
Check out my first real post!

Hope you guys love it. But don’t worry. 180 Bloggie-style will live on – with more saturated fat than ever!
AWESOME!!! Great idea.
Bring it on.
Matt…housekeeping note. I enjoy your writings but please the black background with blue and red…
So hard to read.
Great that your new blog is in readable background colour.
Best
Paul
I get that from time to time Paul. Must mean it's time to tweek it.
I love your new blog…and it's easy on the eyes too :-)
awesome, I will buy me some wholegrains this PM to make some chipatis as part of my carb fest.
Those chapatis made me drool. Can't wait for this pesky gluten problem to resolve.
And ditto on the black background being tough to read. Hypothyroid makes your eyes wonky!
I like the color scheme here :(
A few comments from a webdesigner – darker background is not bad per se, as looking at a white background on screen is like looking into a pretty strong light and therefore, hard on the eyes. I much prefer blogs with darker backgrounds for that reason. However, dark grey background (or something similar, like brown) would be better than pure black I think, and for text I'd choose lighter shades as dark blue does not have enough contrast…
Wow that's an excellent idea. Always i try to eat well but it's not always helped I guess I'm a little lazy but that can be fix it haha thanks du nice post.
