Or try a magnesium supplement. I use Twinlabs Magnesium caps, 400 mg twice a day and it keeps me very regular. On strict low carb eating mostly protein and cheese, I had very severe constipation problems that the mag fixed. Each person can find their own comfort level with magnesium but it’s good to know that mag does a lot of great things for us in addition to keeping things “moving”. Hope that helps.
