Personally, I have done homeopathy and TCM/accupuncture and had success.
Just me, but I would not do a naturopath or anything really new or out there. I would be willing to do Ayurveda and maybe be willing to go to an herbalist. Some people may have different feelings, but I prefer the alternative medical systems that have been around for a long time.
I would use your intuition with any and be aware that there are some quacks out there. Be careful who you choose and be alert and cost-conscious.
