It took me 5 months to go from 96.8 to an average of 98.6, (Vicks oral). I’ve hit 99.0 some mornings. Keeps getting higher every month. And I’m eating 15 servings of raw fruits and veggies a day. Adding in the raw produce lowered my temp to 98.2 for a few weeks but it came right back up and surpassed previous highs. I add a 1/4 tsp of salt to each serving though. I have to sleep 10-12 hours a day to get those temps though. Hoping to need less sleep as time goes on. A combo of HIT weight training and lots of walking keeps my temps up. Medium intensity exercise makes it plummet and gives me insomnia.
