I’m kinda in a weird spot; I’m not really refeeding or anything. I wakeup anywhere from the low 96s to the high 97s depending on whether I ate/slept enough the day before, but after I have my morning shower I am always above 98 degrees unless I miss a meal or chug liquids. Trouble is I still have the low metabolism signs. Anyone else deal with this?
I’m also fairly young (21) if that means anything
