this is a random suggestion but you could try unrefined coconut oil. it’s very high in medium-chain-length fatty acids, raises your metabolism, may help prevent inflammatory stress and bone loss in the body, and when used in moderation, helps reduce body fat because medium-chain fatty acids are used as energy and are not stored in the body. but make sure it’s UNREFINED coconut oil because otherwise the vital antioxidants and phenol compounds will have been removed. i hope this helps!
