Interesting! The basic idea I’m getting here is that getting TOO MUCH from one food group (fats, sugar, etc.) will typically be cooling. I’ve also noticed that I sleep better when my temperature is slightly lower (like 97.8 instead of 98.1), but I’m not sure why that is. During the day though, I’m having a harder time keeping my temperature up. As a 16 year old female recovering from an eating disorder, it’s still hard to cram in as many calories as I know I need. Right now I’m getting about 2000 a day, no less though. I used to survive off of 900-1200, for about two years, and wow did that screw up my body…
