Hard thing to grasp, eating alot, gaining weight so that you can recover to lose weight. I keep trying to explain it to my husband but he won’t read the books and thinks it’s crazy. Meanwhile he has many symptoms of low metabolism. He has even been told he has a low thyroid.
I would just like to get into the 98’s soon!!! I have gained weight and it is uncomfortable…hard to find things to wear. I don’t want to buy a lot of fat clothes. lol
This morning I had a smoothie made with coconut milk, frozen fruit, coconut oil, some protein powder and chia seeds. Then made some toast with a bunch of butter and cream cheese. my temp was @97 after that.
