So I had, cheddar cheese (no I didn’t read all the ingrediants) with Olive Oil potato chips (did read the ingrediants, potatos, olive oil, salt), a homeade brownie (made with butter and coconut oil)…within half hour I was WARM!!! Never had a hot flash before, but perhaps this is what one feels like. DIdn’t have a thermometer handy to take a reading.
Very interesting…like how I am seeing some results. Now just need to keep the temp up, get the urge to workout…and drop 20 pounds?
