Sounds scary…my problem is that I am the mom and I am the cook in the family. If I had endless money for groceries and the time to devote to seeking out “perfect” foods. But I have a very busy life…so I try to incorporate as many healthy option as I time will allow. I try to buy organic dairy, use coconut oil…avoid process foods. We do eat out @ 1 night a week and although I try to avoid PUFAs, it is rather difficult.
So I walk the middle of the road, do my best, but resist becoming too obsessive about every ingrediant. But I will file this carageenan thing in my brain and I am sure I will try and avoid it.
