I did a calorie count today just to see where I’m at. I honestly thought I was eating like a king all day, scrambled eggs, crackers and cheese, chicken, beef stir fry etc. My count said I ate roughly 1800 calories! I’m supposed to be eating at -least- 2800 according to “Diet recovery 2”!
How the frick am I supposed to get all those calories in me?? I suppose your probably right about adding sugar and cream to everything, but still, that’s a massive leap.
