I missed where drinking milk in large quantities was a good thing for metabolism… isn’t that just a balanced hot & cold item? hot from fat and protein, but cold due to all the liquid/water it comes in with? So, calories without any net metabolism boosting support…
I could be wrong… I might have skimmed that page in the book.
I found I can stay warmer just by not forcing myself to drink water all day long. Eating when I’m hungry has also helped.
My next goal is to eat on an actual schedule every day.
