Before you worry about increasing the amount you eat, you may want to try 1) increasing sleep, 2) some sort of manageable stress reduction program like meditating 10 min a day, 3) Eating on a very regular schedule. It’s possible that could be enough. If you do all that and it doesn’t help, then you can always do more refeeding later.
