If you’re worried about it – why not eat some seaveggies/seaweed? Our local groceries (Seattle area) carry seaweed salads with a sesame oil dressing that have great crunch and are very tasty.
Spirulina is apparently another natural source of iodine.
Do you use iodized salt? Eat any processed/enriched foods? they probably have been iodized, too…
