I’d be cautious of the cayenne and cocoa. It speeds up my metabolism but makes it worse in the long run. Years ago I used a lot of it and my adrenals suffered the repercussions. I felt high on it and it sped up my digestion. Sadly, at a cost. Matt also mentions somewhere in his book that cayenne, hot tea and exercise create a fake sense of heat that isn’t truly representative of the metabolic state.
