There is something satisfying about including different types of food in one meal. This morning I made the eat for heat “trademark” breakfast. 2 buckwheat pancakes with maple syrup, 2 bananas and 2 scrambled eggs with a little parmesan and salt on top and 1/2 glass orange juice. So good, filling and not a huge amount of food. Takes time to make that. Not sure if I’m to the task every day. I guess it’s missing a veg. Hmm maybe some basil and tomato in the scrambled eggs next time.
My aunt is almost 80, still does everything herself, looks solid and is one of those old schoolers that eat all the food groups at most meals.
