I’m trying this approach, too… I was of the opinion that keeping your body guessing would keep it on it’s toes (I was doing it in an intermittent fasting style method)… but that wasn’t working for me. I was often cold, not losing weight, and slightly depressed, even. So far, the scheduled meals are doing much better for me. Keeping my energy up and staying warm all day.
