Yeah my mum has Candida really badly… So do my brothers. My guess is that our immune system doesn’t recognise it as an enemy. Every time I do something that boosts my immune system it only works for a little while before the yeast seems to catch up and adapt. Its depressing. I’ve done the carrot thing, though not on an empty stomach, so could try that. Probiotics don’t seem to work for serious gut imbalances… Some short term gains that then just die away.
