Thanks Tina. I’m not overcoming an eating disorder (unless it’s emotional eating, lol) and I did manage to eat supper each day in the end. Pretty late in the day, but I’ve been eating it.
Today, day 5 of RRARFing, I am just so stuffed, I don’t want to eat anything – not breakfast (which I did eat – 6 slices of ww bread with butter and salt and 2 slices of cheese) – not lunch, or anything else. It’s 4 pm and I will eat more today, but I doubt I’ll be exactly hungry for it.
Is this normal? To just completely lose one’s appetite after a few days of RRARFing? And we’re just supposed to stuff our faces anyway? My cravings have gone down, too, so even if you’d present me with a whole lemon meringue pie to dig into, I doubt I’d make too much progress on it. I have gained 3 or 4 pounds since I started, by the way.
