Thanks for this link….I purchased one of these recently and I couldnt figure out how to use it. It was making me lightheaded and out of breath when I would use it, but with this link I figured it out…thanks much!
I am still not too sure how the frolov is supposed to help…is it just that it helps you to get your breathing more from the belly? I know it helps me relax.
