Thanks again for the reply and the recommendation fur Gaviscon. I did some research and you are right. The UK version is better. Once I get home I’ll start a food diary. I’ve been on vacation and sleeping and eating patterns have been a mess so I’ve had at least a little heartburn discomfort just about everyday.
