Unlike a lot of folks most of the exercise I do is a side effect of my training. I don’t do it for health, I do it for fun. I want to be able to continue training this way with it not effecting my health negatively, but it requires a lot of time, not super high intensity but practicing the same skill over and over again. if that makes sense. I am using all the tools from Eat For Heat to try to restore my metabolism, my basal body temp of late is still a bit low at 97.3 ish.
I’m quite happy to have found this resource as I think I have been drinking to much plain water and not eating enough carbs, etc.
