To have reactive hypoglycemia, you’d need some level of hyperglycemia. Otherwise, it wouldn’t be really reactive but just hypoglycemia. If you confirmed your BG at 50 then you need to check things out. Hopefully measure glucagon and liver function to see if there is BG dysregulation that’s non-rectively hypoglycemic. You need to check your A1c, FBG, and insulin/C-Peptide to confirm if that’s the case and hopefully do an OGTT with both BG and C-Peptide to measure insulin secretion.
