Dan, those are pretty high trig and BP levels if you fasted property for 8-1- hours. Abdominal obesity could explain some of that if you’re thin otherwise. Do you exercise much? Usually, high trigs are closely correlated with liver enzymes and BG. If your ALT/AST are close to 35-40, that would explain your high trigs. Check your A1c. Even though you might be thin, either your lack of energy output or high caloric intake might be moving you toward metabolic syndrome.
