Lots of meditation.
But it was a lot easier after I was diagnosed with vitamin deficiency in b12 and D. I had B12 injections 3x a week for a month. Then 1x a week for another month. Also prescription vitamin D.
I still had anxiety/depression issues I was/am dealing with, but it is much more manageable. Vitamin B12 actually helped me sleep through the night–for the first time in a year and a half.
I agree with getting vitamin/hormone levels checked!!!
