Hi Fab, I don’t know if you are still active on these forums but I have been experiencing the same thing, I start to get a headache when I’m not drinking enough, however my urine is only very light coloured or cleared, in fact when my pee is a good solid yellow colour I seem to feel really dehydrated, very interesting. Have you been seeing improvements? I plan on return to drink fair amounts while trying to balance everything out
