Mackk1 – I think you must not have read Matt’s books, blog or posts. You are not eating enough. When you don’t eat sufficient calories, your metabolism slows down- and intermittent fasting exacerbates the problem! Your weight will just return to your pre-diet level because you are sabotaging your health by not eating enough.
My suggestion: get Matt’s book- Diet Recovery 2, and read it – and follow it. STOP dieting!
