Have you tried taking magnesium and or glycine for helping with sleep? Other tips people have talked about here are having sugar and salt under the tongue before bedtime or even in the middle of the night. Also getting blue light in the morning and eliminating it a few hours before bedtime is supposed to help with sleep. That means wearing orange sunglasses or other measures to block out blue light from screens and light bulbs. Magnesium and glycine have helped me sleep better. My temps are usually in the 97s, sometimes I get up into the 98s. Good luck with improving your sleep.
