Different florists have very different assortments, so in order to give you the right advice, I first need to know what kind of flowers you need? Roses, peonies, chrysanthemums, lilies, something else? You can contact this delivery service in Riga https://www.krokus.lv/en/, I order flowers for my wife from them once a quarter.
