Most of that stuff can be automated and people are surprised how much time they get back once they actually set it up. The trick is finding tools that talk to each other, so instead of manually moving information between apps it just flows on its own. For connecting everything together something like Zapier works really well, and if you’re already in the Microsoft world, Copilot handles a lot of the scheduling and document repetition natively.
