Six months is a long dry spell, man. You definitely didn’t move to a town where the only live music is a bar cover band. Minneapolis gets touring rock bands pretty regularly. First Avenue should be the first venue you follow, since it gets both familiar names and smaller rock bills. The Fillmore is worth watching too when a bigger tour comes through.
