I experienced this in the early stages of eat for heat. Are you introducing foods you have not eaten for a long time? Gluten, Processed things etc?
My experience obviously wasn’t nearly as bad as yours, however I think its about finding a balance with fluids, listening to thirst. Perhaps add more salt and drink a little bit more? Transit time started to improve for me when I added a little more fluids, and added more salt. Now Im pooping like a champion! A little too often even.. Too much info..
