Homepearle, it doesn’t sound like you’re eating enough junk to cause any issues. If someone were chowing down on tons of junk like doritos and McDonalds and stuff, it could cause issues. Matt does say some issues get worse while the body is healing, but I would listen to your own biofeedback as far as whether you think RRARFing is working or not. Like all things in life, it doesn’t work for everyone. But low-carb is also notoriously hard to heal from, and people coming off it face far worse issues than your garden-variety low-calorie dieter. So, it is normal for people coming off low-carb to have more weight gain on RRARF, and more rebalancing issues in general.
