I get concerned about it to an extent, but I think there is a balance between healthy eating and living a happy low-stress life where you can go out with your friends. I hate that PUFAs are so ubiquitous, but what can you do? If you avoid fried food because that is where most PUFAs come from, and stuff that is swimming in oil, you’re probably ahead of the game. There really is no avoiding it completely without becoming a hermit. If you’re eating stuff fried in PUFA oil every day, I would imagine that is a big problem, but if you order more wisely most of the time, you don’t have to end up consuming that much.
