The best one is buying a magic “zapper”. You had to wear a little plastic frequency generator with copper contacts for a couple of hours. The fun part was some internet guru would share his magic mind meld super frequencies; to do it you needed to either supply some DNA like hair, or if not then just write your name and date of birth on a piece of paper and put it in the device!
I knew how retarded it was at the time, but lots of internet buddies who I thought were quite reasonable people were totally feelin’ its effects. My brother picked it up and tried to open it once. I snatched it off him and tried to explain it briefly. Man, if he had opened it and found my note I would have died!
A hypnotist tried making me follow his fingers to simulate REM or something… I told him I was feeling kind of anxious, so I watched him move his finger about – “Feeling calmer?” “Not really”, so more finger moving. I thought he would give up if I kept being honest with him, but after a few minutes it didn’t look like he was going to so I lied and said it worked. Another time he made me arrange pebbles so he could interpret my relationship with my family.
Then there is all the Curezone stuff like taking clay and psyllium to clear out all the evil colon bogies. I never actually managed to get any castings from my intestines. The liver flushes were fun too.
