The only way to truly know is to keep pushing through. This could literally take months. I have been at it for four months now and most of that kind of thing is over for me. At first I would get terrible psoriasis flare-ups and get itchy etc. now I am amazed at how much better it looks and the itchyness is mostly gone, except for when I go a little too overboard on the junk. Don’t get me wrong, I know that the psoriasis is probably here to stay but at least it’s in much better condition. The diets that were supposed to “cure” my psoriasis left my body wrecked and my psoriasis spread to the worst point in my life. It’s causing me to believe that the who autoimmune protocol thing is basically flawed.
