And just to double check myself I did go and find a Harvard study as well as a couple other non health guru published articles that say fructose is a big problem for the liver. I stand corrected about the other sugars though. Fructose from real live fruit is actually harder on your liver than refined sugar or even high fructose corn syrup which everyone demonizes. Fructose also causes you to not get the satiation effect which is why some of the people on here that are wondering why they feel so hungry even after eating tons of fruit.
