Biomech, I think the o.j. And milk is fine because your getting some nourishment from them. In the last couple weeks I’ve cut out large glasses of water with meals and now only sip a bit when I really need it to get the food down. When my mouth gets dry I just rinse and spit and I have stopped drinking tea. I’ve noticed a big difference in the way I feel and I’m down to only getting up once a night to pee. I still drink a good bit of milk and some fruit juices during the day but cutting out all the water has made a difference. Don’t get me wrong, if I’m really feeling a thirst for some water I’ll drink a glass down but before I was drinking large amounts every time I had a little dry mouth. I thought I was doing myself some good.
