Thank you old mate. Well my temps are “good” in the afternoon, but not in the morning. Then I’m not sleeping enough, but I think my metabolism rised up, in fact I sweat a lot, particularly in the face, and I feel to need more liquids… The problem is the morning temp that is stuck and lately a more frequent urination, due to lack of sleep, I think. I already open a topic about the frustration I feel about this, now I will see how it will go with more sleep. But I want to know the strategies you used or are using to manage thirst and liquids. :-)
