Total body coldness is probably more significant than cold hands and feet specifically. If they are pretty warm you are probably not as chronically stressed as many with a low temp are. So that’s good.
I think at your age you are likely to see big and very powerful improvements. You should be getting back in a more anabolic state, refurbishing muscle mass and bone somewhat (at the very least stopping any losses), and that is extremely significant as you age. Your immune system should work better, sleep get deeper and longer… these things come with a tremendous preservation of the quality of life as one ages.
