Thanks for your reply Finngarian, I never really feel that cold. I think the issue could be sleep related, because no matter how much sleep I get I never wake up feeling that refreshed even though I always get at least 8 hours sleep. I’m just getting slightly frustrated with my morning temperature as it’s never above 36.5 and I’m not sure what else to change/try. I’ve tried going to bed earlier but I can never get to sleep and end up lying in bed for hours. I think my body is just used to late nights. Could it be possible that this is causing my progress to stall?
