Thank you all for so much support. I realise that there are people on the forum who really need a help and I’m moaning about gaining weight.
Anyhow, I had a chat with my yoga teacher today and I realised that I was just obsessed by this whole thing and taking it too far yet again like jdubs suggested. I have decided to take it easy now, more sleep/rest but not being obsessive. I have eaten less today and actually feel better, more comfortable, rather than stuffed. I have learnt a lot from this, regulating my water intake and I now eat all the fruit I want, I just have some parmesan alongside it. Anyhow, many thanks again, you are so damn right!!
