I eat chocolate chip muffins with butter and yogurt, about 2-3 hours before going to bed and usually have a good night’s sleep. The only thing that would interfere with that is doing something intense on the computer before going to bed, say read a very complex article, debate, or something silly like that! If I don’t eat within a couple of hours of going to bed, I don’t sleep solidly through the night.
