I think I can kind of see that happening to me. My tummy seems to be less big, I know this because I can now button a few pair of jeans that I wasn’t able to button just a week ago and I haven’t lost any weight. My thighs and butt are much bigger though but they don’t look bad. I really think I have gained some muscle. I’ve been doing this for about 4 1/2 months and have gained about 10 pounds. I think I have stopped gaining and am eating to appetite. I am exercising 4 days a week but no more than 30 minutes each work out. I have had so many positive results from this that I cannot imagine going on a diet again. Thank you for the encouraging words.
