Hello, Long TSA queues can be annoying, but I was pleasantly impressed by how organized and traveler-friendly everything felt at DIA. I wanted our trip to begin well because it meant a lot to my brother and me. When someone appeared perplexed or anxious, staff members were patient, kind, and willing to help. I observed how they assisted individuals in getting ready for screening so that the line went more quickly. The DIA TSA wait times seemed lighter and less taxing because of that tiny human touch.
