Hi a good friend has recently been diagnosed with Addison’s disease – she’s been told she has to go on steroids for the rest of her life – does anyone know if it’s possible to reverse it or will medication be life saving ? She’s 32. Main symptom is really severe fatigue – she can sleep for weeks at a time. Otherwise she has symptoms of a very low metabolism.

My only other ideas for her were:
start monitoring her temp and see if anything food wise can bring it up?
Supplement with the dried adrenal gland caps

    Stop drinking water

    Any thoughts appreciated
